Thank you for shopping with FOUROVR. Here is everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable and fast shipping across all cities in Pakistan.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city.
- Courier Partners: We use trusted courier services like PostEx, TCS, and Leopards Courier to ensure safe delivery.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier's website.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the notification.
4. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. FOUROVR is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for failed deliveries due to an incorrect phone number.
If the courier cannot contact you or find your address, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched and the tracking number is generated, we cannot cancel the order.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
FOUROVR is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at fourovr@gmail.com with photos of the damaged goods, and we will do our best to assist you with the courier service or offer a replacement.
