7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Exchanges & Shipping Costs
We are happy to exchange your item if you need a different size or style. However, please note that:
- Delivery Charges: The customer is responsible for the delivery charges for both sides. This means you will bear the cost of sending the item back to us, as well as the shipping fee for the new item sent to you.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at fourovr@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) or sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
